【摘要】：目的比較35歲及以上患者接受不同助孕方式后的妊娠結(jié)局。方法回顧性分析同濟(jì)醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科2009年6月至2015年3月進(jìn)行宮腔內(nèi)人工授精(IUI)和體外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的1 403例患者的臨床資料,比較、分析不同助孕方式對35歲及以上患者妊娠結(jié)果的影響,以及≥35歲和35歲患者的妊娠結(jié)局。結(jié)果在IUI組,用克羅米芬和來曲唑的患者之間妊娠結(jié)局無明顯差異。IVF-ET組患者的臨床妊娠率顯著高于IUI組。無論選擇何種助孕方式,35歲及以上患者妊娠結(jié)局均明顯低于35歲以下患者。結(jié)論對35歲及以上患者而言,IVF-ET比IUI更加有效。同時,選擇在35歲及之前生育是非常必要的。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the pregnancy outcomes of patients aged 35 years and over after receiving different pregnancy aids.
