【摘要】：目的探討體外受精-胚胎移植(IVF/ICSI)過程中移植日焦慮抑郁與妊娠結(jié)局的關(guān)系、子宮收縮頻率與妊娠結(jié)局的關(guān)系、焦慮抑郁與子宮收縮頻率的關(guān)系。方法選取2014-01~2014-07符合標準的86例行IVF/ISCI治療的不孕癥患者作為研究對象,于胚胎移植日,發(fā)放焦慮自評量表(SAS)及抑郁自評量表(SDS)的調(diào)查問卷,現(xiàn)場調(diào)查現(xiàn)場收回。同時陰道超聲監(jiān)測患者子宮收縮波,并記錄。觀察妊娠結(jié)局至胚胎移植后4周,按妊娠結(jié)局分為臨床妊娠組和非妊娠組,分析焦慮抑郁、子宮收縮頻率與妊娠結(jié)局的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果臨床妊娠組39例,非妊娠組47例。移植日非妊娠組的SAS評分明顯高于臨床妊娠組(P0.05),而兩組SDS評分比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。移植日的SAS評分與妊娠結(jié)局進行回歸分析,SAS評分與妊娠結(jié)局相關(guān)(P0.05),SAS評分越低,成功妊娠可能性越大;兩組不同妊娠結(jié)局間的子宮收縮頻率比較,臨床妊娠組子宮收縮頻率≤4次/min較非妊娠組多(P0.05),移植日子宮收縮頻率與妊娠結(jié)局相關(guān)(P0.05),子宮收縮頻率過強不容易妊娠;將移植日的SAS評分與子宮收縮頻率進行關(guān)聯(lián)性分析,移植日的子宮收縮頻率與SAS評分之間有正相關(guān)性(r=0.704,P0.05)。結(jié)論對于接受IVF/ICSI治療的不孕癥患者,移植日子宮收縮頻率過快及明顯焦慮的患者,不容易妊娠,且焦慮情緒可能導(dǎo)致子宮收縮頻率增加,不利于妊娠。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between anxiety depression and pregnancy outcome during in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF / ICSI), the relationship between uterine contraction frequency and pregnancy outcome, and the relationship between anxiety depression and uterine contraction frequency. Methods 86 infertile patients who were treated with IVF / ISCI from 2014-01 to 2014-07 were selected as study objects. Self-Rating anxiety scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression scale (SDS) were distributed on the day of embryo transfer. At the same time, vaginal ultrasound monitored the uterine contractions in patients and recorded them. The pregnancy outcome was observed from 4 weeks after embryo transfer and divided into clinical pregnancy group and non-pregnancy group according to pregnancy outcome. The relationship between anxiety and depression uterine contraction frequency and pregnancy outcome was analyzed. Results 39 cases in clinical pregnancy group and 47 cases in non-pregnancy group. The SAS score of non-pregnancy group was significantly higher than that of clinical pregnancy group (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in SDS score between the two groups (P0.05). Regression analysis was carried out between SAS score and pregnancy outcome on the transplantation day.
