【摘要】：目的 了解多囊卵巢綜合征(PCOS)患者人口學(xué)特征、疾病相關(guān)情況、焦慮和抑郁狀況,分析PCOS患者焦慮、抑郁的影響因素。通過(guò)提供客觀參考數(shù)據(jù),以期能預(yù)防PCOS焦慮、抑郁的發(fā)生并及時(shí)給予PCOS伴有焦慮、抑郁的患者正確的心理疏導(dǎo)與治療。 方法 應(yīng)用自制的多囊卵巢綜合征調(diào)查表、痤瘡評(píng)分表(Pillsbury分級(jí)法)、黑棘皮(Acanthosis nigricans)評(píng)分表、Ferriman-Gallwey多毛評(píng)分表、焦慮自評(píng)量表(SAS)及抑郁自評(píng)量表(SDS)對(duì)就診于成都中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院婦科門診符合PCOS納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。將收集的數(shù)據(jù)錄入Excel,利用SPSS17.0對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法分析。 結(jié)果 (1)148例PCOS患者中,焦慮患者42例,焦慮的發(fā)生率為28.38%,SAS平均分43.43±8.58分；抑郁患者44例,抑郁的發(fā)生率29.73%,SDS平均分44.61±9.59分。焦慮合并抑郁的患者30例,焦慮合并抑郁的發(fā)生率20.27%。 (2)月經(jīng)量：月經(jīng)量異常組焦慮、抑郁檢出率均高于月經(jīng)量正常組(P0.05)。 (3)LH/FSH比值：LH/FSH(?)2組比LH/FSH2組焦慮檢出率高(P0.05)。 (4) FT:FT值升高組焦慮、抑郁檢出率均高于FT值正常組(P0.05)。 (5)經(jīng)多元Logistie回歸分析證明：月經(jīng)量、游離睪酮是PCOS患者焦慮抑郁的影響因素。 結(jié)論 多囊卵巢綜合征患者的焦慮、抑郁患病率較高。PCOS患者焦慮、抑郁的影響因素有：月經(jīng)量、游離睪酮值。監(jiān)床醫(yī)生在治療PCOS患者身體疾病的同時(shí)也應(yīng)關(guān)注患者的心理健康狀況。
[Abstract]:objective
To understand the demographic characteristics, disease related conditions, anxiety and depression status of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), analyze the influence factors of anxiety and depression in PCOS patients. By providing objective reference data, it is expected to prevent PCOS anxiety, depression and timely give PCOS with anxiety and depression, and the patients with depression are correct psychological counseling and treatment.
Method
Using the self-made polycystic ovary syndrome questionnaire, the acne score table (Pillsbury grading), the Acanthosis nigricans score table, the Ferriman-Gallwey polyhair score table, the self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the self rating Depression Scale (SDS), the patients who were admitted to the Department of gynaecology of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were in accordance with the standard of PCOS. Questionnaire survey. The data collected were input into Excel, and SPSS17.0 was used for statistical analysis of data.
Result
(1) of the 148 patients with PCOS, 42 were anxiety patients, the incidence of anxiety was 28.38%, and the average score of SAS was 43.43 + 8.58; 44 cases of depression, 29.73% of depression, 44.61 + 9.59 for SDS, 30 in anxiety with depression, and 20.27%. for anxiety and depression.
(2) menstrual volume: the abnormal rate of menstrual abnormality and the detection rate of depression were higher than those of normal menstrual volume (P0.05).
(3) LH/FSH ratio: LH/FSH (?) 2 group had higher anxiety detection rate than group LH/FSH2 (P0.05).
(4) the detection rate of anxiety and depression in FT:FT group was higher than that in FT group (P0.05).
(5) multivariate Logistie regression analysis showed that menstrual volume and free testosterone were the influencing factors of anxiety and depression in PCOS patients.
conclusion
The anxiety of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), the prevalence of depression in.PCOS patients is higher, and the factors of depression are the amount of menstruation and the value of free testosterone. The doctor in prison should also pay attention to the mental health of the patients in the treatment of PCOS patients.
