【摘要】：目的探討孕婦生殖道感染對(duì)胎膜早破早產(chǎn)以及妊娠結(jié)局的影響,為臨床治療提供參考依據(jù)。方法選取2014年6月-2015年5月期間醫(yī)院收治的162例胎膜早破患者,根據(jù)是否合并孕期生殖道感染分為觀察組84例與對(duì)照組78例,觀察組給予相應(yīng)治療,統(tǒng)計(jì)有效率,并對(duì)比兩組孕婦臨床指標(biāo)。結(jié)果觀察組患者治愈率為46.43%,有效率為94.05%;觀察組胎膜早破時(shí)間及分娩時(shí)間均顯著早于對(duì)照組(P0.05),妊娠延長時(shí)間顯著短于對(duì)照組(P0.05);觀察組早產(chǎn)率、產(chǎn)褥病率、新生兒窒息發(fā)生率、新生兒感染率、胎盤絨毛膜羊膜炎發(fā)生率均顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);新生兒出生體質(zhì)量顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),兩組剖宮產(chǎn)發(fā)生率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。結(jié)論孕期生殖道感染可引起胎膜早破、早產(chǎn),增加新生兒窒息發(fā)生率、新生兒感染率、胎盤絨毛膜羊膜炎的發(fā)生,嚴(yán)重影響妊娠結(jié)局,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)預(yù)防,積極治療,以保證母嬰生命安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of reproductive tract infection on premature rupture of membranes and pregnancy outcome in order to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods 162 patients with premature rupture of membranes were selected from June 2014 to May 2015. According to whether they were complicated with reproductive tract infection during pregnancy, they were divided into observation group (n = 84) and control group (n = 78). The clinical indexes of pregnant women in two groups were compared. Results the cure rate of the patients in the observation group was 46.43 and the effective rate was 94.05. The time of premature rupture of membranes and the time of delivery in the observation group were significantly earlier than those in the control group (P0.05), the duration of pregnancy prolongation was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P0.05), the rate of premature delivery, the rate of puerperal disease, the incidence of neonatal asphyxia in the observation group, The incidence of neonatal infection and placental chorioamnionitis were significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05); the birth weight of the newborn was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of cesarean section between the two groups. Conclusion Reproductive tract infection during pregnancy can cause premature rupture of membranes, premature delivery, increased incidence of neonatal asphyxia, neonatal infection rate, occurrence of placental chorioamnionitis, which seriously affects the outcome of pregnancy.
