【摘要】：目的探討經(jīng)陰道彩色多普勒超聲檢查對(duì)胚胎停育的預(yù)測(cè)價(jià)值。方法根據(jù)胚胎發(fā)育情況的不同將479例妊娠患者分為對(duì)照組(n=377)、停育組(n=81)及停育過(guò)渡組(n=21),采用經(jīng)陰道彩色多普勒超聲檢查各組患者的子宮動(dòng)脈血流參數(shù)(S/D、RI、PI)。結(jié)果隨停經(jīng)孕周時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),對(duì)照組與停育組收縮期峰值流速/舒張末期流速(S/D)、阻力指數(shù)(RI)、搏動(dòng)指數(shù)(PI)3項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均呈逐漸降低趨勢(shì);停育組S/D、RI、PI 3項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的整體水平均顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.01);與停育過(guò)渡組停育期及對(duì)照組比較,停育過(guò)渡組生存期的S/D、RI、PI 3項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均更高(P0.05或P0.01)。結(jié)論經(jīng)陰道彩色多普勒超聲檢查對(duì)胚胎停育的預(yù)測(cè)價(jià)值值得肯定,可在臨床進(jìn)一步推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the predictive value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in fetal arrest. Methods according to the development of embryo, 479 cases of pregnancy were divided into three groups: control group (n = 377), non-fertility group (n = 81) and transition group (n = 21). The uterine artery blood flow parameters (S / D RI Pi) were examined by transvaginal color Doppler sonography. Results the peak systolic velocity / end-diastolic velocity (S / D), resistance index (RI) and pulsatility index (Pi) of the control group and the control group decreased gradually with the prolongation of postmenopausal gestational weeks. Compared with the control group, the whole level of the three indexes of S- / DD-RII-PI in the control group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.01), and the survival time of the transition group was higher than that of the control group (P0.05 or P0.01). Conclusion the predictive value of transvaginal color Doppler sonography in fetal suspension is worthy of recognition and can be further applied in clinical practice.
