【摘要】：母-胎界面的免疫反應(yīng)在妊娠建立、維持以及分娩發(fā)動(dòng)中起至關(guān)重要的作用。正常的巨噬細(xì)胞極化及其功能是維持母-胎界面正常免疫微環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ),若異常,會(huì)導(dǎo)致子癇前期、早產(chǎn)等妊娠相關(guān)重大疾病的發(fā)生。代謝重編程是細(xì)胞對(duì)所處環(huán)境關(guān)鍵改變的反應(yīng)統(tǒng)稱,可以調(diào)控巨噬細(xì)胞的不同極化狀態(tài)。本文對(duì)代謝重編程與巨噬細(xì)胞極化、母-胎界面巨噬細(xì)胞代謝以及代謝重編程對(duì)其極化類型的影響在正常妊娠和病理性妊娠中可能發(fā)揮的作用進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:The maternal-fetal interface immune response plays a crucial role in the establishment, maintenance and initiation of pregnancy. Normal macrophage polarization and its function are the basis of maintaining the normal immune microenvironment of maternal-fetal interface. If abnormal, it will lead to the occurrence of major pregnancy-related diseases such as preeclampsia and preterm delivery. Metabolic reprogramming is the response of cells to critical changes in their environment, which regulates the different polarization states of macrophages. In this paper, the effects of metabolic reprogramming and macrophage polarization, maternal / fetal interface macrophage metabolism and the effects of metabolic reprogramming on their polarization types in normal and pathological pregnancies were reviewed.
