【摘要】：背景:卵胞漿內(nèi)單精子顯微注射(ICSI)已經(jīng)成為治療男性因素不育的首選方法,且具有很高的成功率,但卵胞漿內(nèi)單精子顯微注射周期的受精失敗發(fā)生率仍有1%-3%。目的:簡(jiǎn)要綜述有關(guān)卵胞漿內(nèi)單精子顯微注射受精失敗的相關(guān)因素及其對(duì)策。方法:檢索萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、中國(guó)知網(wǎng)及Pub Med1994年1月至2015年6月與卵胞漿內(nèi)單精子注射相關(guān)研究的文獻(xiàn)。閱讀文題和摘要,依據(jù)納入排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)其中的60篇進(jìn)行分析探討。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:目前,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)卵母細(xì)胞激活失敗與卵子異常、精子缺陷、患者年齡、顯微操作技術(shù)及實(shí)驗(yàn)室環(huán)境等因素密切相關(guān)。輔助卵母細(xì)胞激活是解決卵胞漿內(nèi)單精子顯微注射后激活失敗的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。了解卵胞漿內(nèi)單精子顯微注射受精失敗的相關(guān)因素后對(duì)其采取相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,可以提高卵胞漿內(nèi)單精子顯微注射受精率及改善胚胎發(fā)育潛能。
[Abstract]:Background: intracytoplasmic sperm microinjection (ICSI) has become the first choice in the treatment of male infertility, and has a high success rate. However, the failure rate of fertilization in intracytoplasmic sperm microinjection cycle is still 1-3. Objective: to review the factors related to the failure of intracytoplasmic sperm microinjection fertilization. Methods: to search the database of Wanfang, Chinese Web and Pub Medfrom 1994 to June 2015, the literatures related to intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) were searched. Reading questions and abstracts, 60 of them are analyzed according to inclusion exclusion criteria. Results & conclusion: at present, it is found that the failure of oocyte activation is closely related to egg abnormality, sperm defect, patient age, micromanipulation and laboratory environment. Assisted oocyte activation is a key technique to solve the failure of intracytoplasmic sperm microinjection. In order to improve the fertilization rate and embryo development potential of intracytoplasmic sperm microinjection, the related factors related to the failure of intracytoplasmic sperm microinjection fertilization were investigated and the corresponding countermeasures were taken to improve the fertilization rate of intracytoplasmic sperm microinjection.
