【摘要】：妊娠期乳腺癌(Pregnancy-associated breast cancer,PABC)是指在妊娠期或分娩后1年內確診的乳腺癌,如今PABC發(fā)病率呈明顯的上升趨勢,妊娠和哺乳期的生理學改變增加了臨床及影像學對乳腺組織進行檢查和評價的難度,因此容易出現(xiàn)診斷的推遲以及隨之而產生的不良預后,考慮胎嬰兒的安全因素,PABC的診療具有其特殊性。該文通過文獻綜述,使臨床醫(yī)生對PABC有更進一步的了解,掌握最近的研究進展,針對不同患者的具體情況,選擇合適的規(guī)范化、個體化綜合治療方案,改善患者預后,延長生存期,提高生活質量。
[Abstract]:Pregnancy-associated breast cancer (PABC) refers to breast cancer diagnosed during pregnancy or within one year after delivery. Physiological changes in pregnancy and lactation increase the difficulty of clinical and imaging examination and evaluation of breast tissue, and are therefore prone to delays in diagnosis and consequent adverse outcomes, Considering the safety factors of fetal infants, the diagnosis and treatment of PABC has its particularity. Through the literature review, the clinicians have a better understanding of PABC, grasp the recent research progress, select appropriate standardized, individualized comprehensive treatment schemes to improve the prognosis of patients according to the specific conditions of different patients. To prolong the life span and improve the quality of life.
