妊娠期糖尿病孕婦血清ω-3脂肪酸與胰島素抵抗關(guān)系的研究

【摘要】:目的探究妊娠期糖尿病孕婦空腹血清ω-3脂肪酸水平對胰島素抵抗的影響。方法測定40例妊娠期糖尿病孕婦(GDM組)、40例正常妊娠孕婦(正常妊娠組)空腹血清ω-3脂肪酸、胰島素、血糖、糖化血紅蛋白(Hb A1c)水平;并計算2組孕婦胰島素抵抗指數(shù)(Insulin Resistance IRI)。結(jié)果 GDM組孕婦空腹血清ω-3脂肪酸水平較正常妊娠組明顯減少,2組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(t=26.78,P0.05);GDM組孕婦IRI、空腹血糖、胰島素、Hb A1c水平明顯高于正常妊娠組,2組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(t=32.56,t=18.25,t=15.31,t=13.24,P0.05)。(2)GDM組孕婦血清ω-3脂肪酸水平與IRI、空腹血糖、Hb A1c呈負相關(guān)(r=-0.812,r=-0.545,r=-0.296,P0.05),與胰島素水平無相關(guān)性(r=0.197,P0.05)。正常妊娠組孕婦血清ω-3脂肪酸與IRI呈負相關(guān),(r=-0.280,P0.05),相關(guān)性小于GDM組,正常妊娠組孕婦ω-3脂肪酸水平與胰島素、血糖、Hb A1c無相關(guān)性(r=0.213、0.179、0.195)。結(jié)論提高GDM孕婦血清ω-3脂肪酸含量可減輕其胰島素抵抗的程度。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of fasting serum omega-3 fatty acid level on insulin resistance in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods the fasting serum levels of omega-3 fatty acid, insulin, blood glucose and HbA1c were measured in 40 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM group) and 40 normal pregnant women (normal pregnancy group), and the insulin resistance IRI was calculated. Results the fasting serum omega-3 fatty acid level in GDM group was significantly lower than that in normal pregnancy group. The level of serum omega-3 fatty acid in GDM group was significantly higher than that in normal pregnancy group (P 0.05). There was a negative correlation between serum omega-3 fatty acid level and IRI, fasting blood glucose level and HbA1c level (r -0.812r-0.545r-0.296p 0.05), but no correlation with insulin level (r 0.197). There was a negative correlation between serum 蠅 -3 fatty acids and IRI in normal pregnancy group (r = 0.280), which was lower than that in GDM group. There was no correlation between omega-3 fatty acid level and insulin and blood glucose HbA1c in normal pregnant women (r = 0.213 鹵0.179 鹵0.195). Conclusion increasing the content of omega-3 fatty acids in serum of GDM pregnant women can reduce the degree of insulin resistance.
