【摘要】：目的通過分析懷柔婦幼保健院住院分娩產(chǎn)婦現(xiàn)狀,比較不同年齡組產(chǎn)婦孕期保健,妊娠并發(fā)癥、分娩結(jié)局等情況,了解該地區(qū)部分婦女生育現(xiàn)況,探索改善郊區(qū)孕產(chǎn)婦孕期保健及妊娠結(jié)局的方法。方法回顧性分析2015年10月1日至2016年9月30日于北京懷柔婦幼保健院分娩的產(chǎn)婦,按不同年齡組(20歲、20~24歲、25~29歲、30~34歲、≥35歲共五組)比較產(chǎn)婦的文化程度、孕期保健、妊娠期并發(fā)癥、妊娠結(jié)局、分娩方式、新生兒結(jié)局等。結(jié)果 1年內(nèi)分娩1 071例,20歲46例(4.3%);≥35歲121例(11.3%),84.4%分娩年齡在20~34歲之間;20歲組孕婦比率高于我國平均水平,此組孕婦文化程度低,產(chǎn)前保健少,發(fā)生妊娠期貧血、高血壓疾病及早產(chǎn)等妊娠并發(fā)癥明顯高于其他年齡組;≥35歲組高齡產(chǎn)婦;遠郊區(qū)縣高齡孕產(chǎn)婦(≥35歲組)比率與其他地區(qū)相似,孕期保健較好,但妊娠高血壓疾病、早產(chǎn)、妊娠糖尿病的發(fā)生率也較其他育齡組20~34歲有所增加,且剖宮產(chǎn)率明顯增加。結(jié)論北京遠郊區(qū)孕婦妊娠年齡相對較低,20周歲孕產(chǎn)婦教育程度低,孕期保健不充分,妊娠并發(fā)癥明顯增多,遠郊區(qū)婦女應(yīng)加強宣教,適齡生育。低齡及高齡孕產(chǎn)婦保健應(yīng)該得到重視。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the present situation of hospitalized parturient in Huairou Maternal and Child Health Hospital, and to compare the maternal health care, pregnancy complications and delivery outcome of pregnant women of different age groups, so as to understand the fertility status of some women in this area.
