【摘要】：目的探討Twist及VEGF在卵巢癌發(fā)生發(fā)展中的作用及其與臨床病理特征的關(guān)系。方法采用免疫組化SP法檢測(cè)Twist及VEGF蛋白在80例上皮性卵巢癌組織中的表達(dá)情況,并選取10例正常卵巢組織作為對(duì)照。結(jié)果在80例上皮性卵巢癌組織中,Twist及VEGF蛋白均表達(dá)于細(xì)胞質(zhì)中,其陽性表達(dá)率分別是85%(68/80)、86.25%(69/80),明顯高于正常卵巢組織,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。Twist和VEGF表達(dá)與上皮性卵巢癌臨床分期、病理分級(jí)、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān)(P0.01),與年齡、病理類型無關(guān)(P0.05)。在上皮性卵巢癌中,Twist與VEGF蛋白的表達(dá)呈正相關(guān)(r=0.646,P0.01)。結(jié)論 Twist及VEGF在上皮性卵巢癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展和侵襲中有重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the role of Twist and VEGF in the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods the expression of Twist and VEGF protein in 80 cases of epithelial ovarian carcinoma and 10 cases of normal ovarian tissue as control were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results Twist and VEGF were expressed in the cytoplasm of 80 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer. The positive rates of Twist and VEGF were 85% (68 / 80) and 86.25% (69 / 80), respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal ovarian tissues. The differences were statistically significant (P0.01) .Twist and VEGF expression and the clinical stages of epithelial ovarian cancer. Pathological grade, lymph node metastasis correlation (P0.01), no correlation with age, pathological type (P0.05). The expression of VEGF protein was positively correlated with the expression of Twist in epithelial ovarian carcinoma (r = 0.646, P 0.01). Conclusion Twist and VEGF play an important role in the occurrence, development and invasion of epithelial ovarian cancer.
