【摘要】：正患者女性,37歲,因"頭暈、周身乏力、腹痛1 h余"入住河北省涉縣醫(yī)院。入院前1 h余無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)頭暈、黑蒙,伴周身乏力,不能站立,繼而大汗、心悸,臍周持續(xù)性疼痛,陣發(fā)性加劇,疼痛牽及下腹部,伴惡心,無嘔吐,無畏寒、發(fā)熱、腹脹、腹瀉,無胸悶、氣短、胸痛,無意識障礙、大小便失禁和出血等體征。查體:體溫36.5℃,脈搏68次/min,呼吸17次/min,血壓80/52 mm Hg。入院時彩超:右側(cè)附件區(qū)可見87 mm×39 mm×42 mm大小混合性回聲,不除外宮外孕;
