【摘要】：宮頸微偏腺癌(Minimal deviation adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix,MDA)是一種罕見的高分化粘液腺癌。最主要的臨床癥狀為陰道水樣或粘液性排液。常見的臨床體征為宮頸肥大或增厚。細(xì)胞學(xué)檢查和宮頸淺表部位活檢檢出率低。組織病理學(xué)方法是MDA確診的金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。對(duì)于高度懷疑MDA的患者,經(jīng)反復(fù)宮頸細(xì)胞學(xué)或活檢陰性者,應(yīng)行宮頸深部活檢或?qū)m頸錐切術(shù)并聯(lián)合免疫與特殊腫瘤標(biāo)志物方法進(jìn)一步明確診斷。MDA的治療規(guī)范與同期別的宮頸腺癌相同。手術(shù)仍是早期病變患者的主要治療手段。放療和/或化療建議用于晚期患者。MDA早期便發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)移,預(yù)后差,5年生存率不足5%。
[Abstract]:Minimal deviation adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix carcinoma is a rare highly differentiated mucinous adenocarcinoma. The main clinical symptoms are vaginal water or mucous drainage. Common clinical signs are cervical hypertrophy or thickening. The detection rate of cytological examination and cervical superficial biopsy was low. Histopathology is the gold standard for the diagnosis of MDA. For highly suspected MDA patients, those with recurrent cervical cytology or biopsy negative, Deep cervical biopsy or cervix conization combined with immunoassay and special tumor marker methods should be performed to further clarify the criteria for the diagnosis of. MDA and other cervical adenocarcinoma in the same period. Surgery is still the main treatment for patients with early lesions. Radiotherapy and / or chemotherapy are recommended for advanced patients with early metastasis of MDA, poor prognosis, and 5-year survival rate of less than 5%.
