【摘要】：目的分析并研究妊娠期口腔保健對(duì)妊娠期牙齦炎的效果。方法選取2013年5月~2015年5月我院收治的妊娠期牙齦炎患者246例作為研究對(duì)象,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法,將其平均分成對(duì)照組和觀察組,各123例。對(duì)照組采取常規(guī)口腔干預(yù),觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上給予口腔保健,觀察比較兩組治療有效率和牙齦炎發(fā)病狀況。結(jié)果觀察組患者治療2個(gè)月、4個(gè)月和6個(gè)月后牙齦炎恢復(fù)情況明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組患者單純牙齦炎、牙齦瘤,牙齦成形術(shù)等發(fā)生率均明顯低于對(duì)照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對(duì)妊娠期牙齦炎患者實(shí)施妊娠期口腔保健,能夠有效降低患者牙齦炎發(fā)生率,具有較高的臨床推廣價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze and study the effect of oral health care during pregnancy on gingivitis during pregnancy. Methods 246 patients with gingivitis during pregnancy from May 2013 to May 2015 were randomly divided into control group (n = 123) and observation group (n = 123). The control group was treated with routine oral intervention, the observation group was given oral health care on the basis of the control group, the effective rate of treatment and the incidence of gingivitis were observed and compared between the two groups. Results the recovery of gingivitis in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group after 2 months, 4 months and 6 months (P0.05). The incidence of gingival angioplasty was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Oral health care during pregnancy can effectively reduce the incidence of gingivitis in pregnant women and has a high clinical value.
