【摘要】：目的了解妊娠高血壓疾病孕母分娩新生兒的患病情況,及孕母血壓程度與新生兒疾病的關(guān)系。方法分析妊娠高血壓疾病母親分娩新生兒宮內(nèi)發(fā)育遲緩致體格發(fā)育和器官成熟異常及其他相關(guān)疾病患病情況,比較母親妊娠高血壓疾病嚴(yán)重程度與宮內(nèi)發(fā)育遲緩、腦發(fā)育不成熟及嚴(yán)重腦損傷等嚴(yán)重新生兒疾病的關(guān)系,并與健康孕母所順產(chǎn)新生兒進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果妊娠高血壓疾病孕母所分娩的新生兒中小于胎齡兒共44例(17.8%);發(fā)生窒息58例(23.5%),其中重度窒息12例(4.8%),腦損傷53例(21.5%);腦發(fā)育不成熟32例(13.0%)。重度妊娠高血壓疾病分娩的新生兒疾病檢出率明顯高于輕度者(P0.05)。結(jié)論母親妊娠期高血壓疾病可引起多種新生兒疾病,嚴(yán)重新生兒疾病與母親妊娠期高血壓程度有關(guān);腦發(fā)育不成熟和腦損傷值得關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of pregnancy hypertension and the relationship between maternal blood pressure and neonatal diseases. Methods the incidence of abnormal physical development and organ maturation and other related diseases caused by intrauterine growth retardation in mothers with pregnancy hypertension were analyzed, and the severity of maternal hypertension and intrauterine growth retardation were compared. The relationship between brain dysplasia and severe brain injury in neonates was compared with that in healthy pregnant mothers. Results 44 cases (17.8%) were small gestational age neonates, 58 cases (23.5%) were asphyxia, 12 cases (4.8%) were severe asphyxia, 53 cases (21.5%) were brain injury, 32 cases (13.0%) were cerebral immaturity. The detection rate of neonatal disease in severe pregnancy and hypertension was significantly higher than that in mild pregnancy (P0.05). Conclusion the maternal hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy may cause many kinds of neonatal diseases, serious neonatal diseases are related to the degree of maternal hypertension complicating pregnancy, and brain development immaturity and brain injury should be paid attention to.
