【摘要】：目的對(duì)卵巢癌組織中PTEN和P53蛋白的表達(dá)情況進(jìn)行研究,探討其與卵巢癌臨床特點(diǎn)的關(guān)系。方法選擇2013年12月至2014年12月吉林大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院腫瘤婦科手術(shù)切除卵巢上皮癌標(biāo)本50例和正常卵巢組織標(biāo)本50例作為研究對(duì)象,免疫組織化學(xué)染色法測(cè)定組織中PTEN和P53的表達(dá)情況,觀察卵巢癌組織中PTEN和P53的表達(dá)和卵巢癌臨床特點(diǎn)的關(guān)系。結(jié)果卵巢癌組織中PTEN陽性率明顯低于正常卵巢組織(P0.05),P53陽性率明顯高于正常卵巢組織(P0.05)。卵巢癌Ⅱ期和Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的PTEN陽性率明顯低于Ⅰ期,高分化卵巢癌組織中PTEN陽性率明顯高于低分化和中分化卵巢癌組織(P0.05)。卵巢癌Ⅱ期和Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的P53陽性率明顯高于Ⅰ期(P0.05),低分化卵巢癌組織中P53陽性率明顯高于中分化和高分化卵巢癌組織(P0.05)。結(jié)論卵巢癌組織中PTEN表達(dá)降低,P53表達(dá)升高,PTEN和P53的表達(dá)和卵巢癌的臨床分期及分化程度關(guān)系密切。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the expression of PTEN and p53 protein in ovarian cancer and its relationship with the clinical features of ovarian cancer. Methods from December 2013 to December 2014, 50 cases of ovarian epithelial carcinoma and 50 cases of normal ovarian tissue were selected from the first Hospital of Jilin University. The expression of PTEN and p53 was detected by immunohistochemical staining, and the relationship between the expression of PTEN and p53 and the clinical characteristics of ovarian cancer was observed. Results the positive rate of PTEN in ovarian cancer tissue was significantly lower than that in normal ovarian tissue (P0.05) and the positive rate of p53 was significantly higher than that in normal ovarian tissue (P0.05).
