miR-423、miR-205和miR-1307單核苷酸多態(tài)性與子宮頸癌的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:目的探討mi R-423、mi R-205和mi R-1307單核苷酸多態(tài)性與宮頸癌的相關(guān)性。方法以病例-對(duì)照研究的方法收集104例宮頸癌及186例骨折、高血壓等同期非腫瘤患者為對(duì)照,采用PCR-限制性酶切片段長(zhǎng)度多態(tài)性技術(shù)對(duì)mi R-423 rs6505162位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行基因型分析;采用PCR和多重連接酶檢測(cè)反應(yīng)技術(shù)對(duì)mi R-205 rs3842530和mi R-1307 rs7911488基因多態(tài)性進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 rs6505162 CC、rs6505162 AC和rs6505162AA基因型在宮頸癌組中分布為64.4%、31.7%和3.8%,對(duì)照組分布為66.1%、30.1%和3.8%;rs3842530-/-、-/insert和inser/inser基因型在宮頸癌組中分布為56.7%、34.6%和8.7%,對(duì)照組分布為52.7%、36.0%和7.0%;rs7911488 AA、AG和GG基因型在宮頸癌組中分布為51.9%、39.4%和8.7%,對(duì)照組分布為45.1%、45.1%和9.7%。各位點(diǎn)基因型分布比較,差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。進(jìn)一步按年齡分層分析顯示,≤50歲和50歲不同年齡組各基因型分布在對(duì)照組和宮頸癌組中比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 mi R-423 rs6505162、mi R-205 rs3842530和mi R-1307 rs7911488基因多態(tài)性可能與宮頸癌發(fā)生無(wú)關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the association of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) of mi R 423 M M R 205 and mi R 1307 with cervical cancer. Methods A case-control study was conducted in 104 patients with cervical cancer, 186 patients with fracture, hypertension and other non-tumor patients. The genotypes of miR-423 rs6505162 locus were analyzed by PCR- restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR- restriction fragment length polymorphism). The polymorphism of mi R-205 rs3842530 and mi R-1307 rs7911488 gene was analyzed by PCR and multiplex ligase assay. Results the distribution of AC and rs6505162AA genotypes of rs6505162 CCS rs6505162 in the cervical cancer group was 64.7% and 3.8%, and that in the control group was 66.1% and 3.8G%, respectively. The distribution of rs3842530-r-rinsert and inser/inser genotype in the cervical cancer group was 56.734.6% and 8.7%, respectively. In the control group, the distribution of rs7911488 AAAG and GG genotypes was 52.7% and 7.0% respectively. The distribution was 39.4% and 8.7% in the control group and 45.1% and 9.7% in the control group. There was no significant difference in genotypic distribution among the points (P0.05).
