基于隱馬爾科夫模型的胎盤植入產(chǎn)前診斷方法

【摘要】:胎盤植入是產(chǎn)科嚴(yán)重的并發(fā)癥之一,作為金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的產(chǎn)后病理檢驗(yàn)存在的滯后性和局限性問題,文中將病史和彩超數(shù)據(jù)等產(chǎn)前多特征關(guān)聯(lián)作為觀測顯狀態(tài)序列,將產(chǎn)后病理診斷作為隱狀態(tài),構(gòu)建基于隱馬爾科夫模型的胎盤植入產(chǎn)前診斷方法.采用Gini方法提取患病關(guān)聯(lián)因素的特征集合,通過轉(zhuǎn)化特征集合構(gòu)建隱馬爾科夫模型,結(jié)合Baum-Welch和Viterbi算法計(jì)算求解,通過顯隱狀態(tài)關(guān)系,實(shí)現(xiàn)胎盤植入產(chǎn)前診斷.實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,文中方法具有較好的準(zhǔn)確率、特異度和靈敏度.
[Abstract]:Placenta accreta is one of the serious complications in obstetrics. As a golden standard of postpartum pathological examination, there are lag and limitation problems. The method of prenatal diagnosis of placenta accreta based on Hidden Markov Model was constructed by using postpartum pathological diagnosis as a hidden state. The Gini method is used to extract the feature sets of the associated factors of the disease, the hidden Markov model is constructed by transforming the feature sets, and the Baum-Welch and Viterbi algorithms are used to calculate and solve the problems. The Prenatal diagnosis of placenta accreta is realized through the explicit hidden state relationship. Experiments show that the proposed method has good accuracy, specificity and sensitivity.
