【摘要】：目的:分析腹腔鏡與開腹手術(shù)治療早期卵巢癌的臨床療效。方法:以78例早期卵巢癌患者為研究對象,39例采用腹腔鏡治療,39例使用開腹手術(shù)治療,對比兩組患者術(shù)中和術(shù)后情況。結(jié)果:腹腔鏡組患者的手術(shù)時間和術(shù)中出血量低于對照組,淋巴結(jié)切除數(shù)多于對照組,術(shù)中出血量差異顯著(P0.05),手術(shù)時間和淋巴結(jié)切除數(shù)差異不顯著。腹腔鏡組術(shù)后肛門通氣和住院時間、術(shù)后發(fā)熱和并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率、術(shù)后化學(xué)治療(化療)例數(shù)比例低于開腹手術(shù)組,術(shù)后肛門排氣時間、住院時間、術(shù)后發(fā)熱及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),術(shù)后化療例數(shù)差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:腹腔鏡治療早期卵巢的近期療效優(yōu)于開腹手術(shù),且安全可靠,可作為治療早期卵巢癌的首選方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopy and laparotomy in the treatment of early ovarian cancer. Methods: Seventy-eight patients with early ovarian cancer were studied. 39 patients were treated by laparoscopy and 39 patients were treated by open surgery. The intraoperative and postoperative conditions of the two groups were compared. Results: the operative time and the amount of intraoperative bleeding in the laparoscopic group were lower than those in the control group, and the number of lymph node excision was more than that in the control group (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in the operative time and the number of lymph node excision. The postoperative anal ventilation and hospitalization time, postoperative fever and complications, the proportion of postoperative chemotherapeutic (chemotherapy) cases in laparoscopic group were lower than those in open operation group, the postoperative anal exhaust time and hospitalization time were lower than those in laparoscopy group. The incidence of postoperative fever and complications was significantly different (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in the number of postoperative chemotherapy cases (P0.05). Conclusion: laparoscopic treatment of early ovarian cancer is better than open surgery, and safe and reliable, can be used as the first choice for early ovarian cancer.
