【摘要】：為探討老年宮頸癌的臨床病理特征及預后影響因素,以為宮頸癌的防治提供依據(jù),本研究回顧性分析我院收治的107例老年宮頸癌患者的臨床資料,并比較其臨床病理特征和生存情況。經(jīng)分析比較發(fā)現(xiàn),107例患者中鱗狀細胞癌92例(85.98%),腺癌11例(10.28%),透明細胞癌4例(3.74%);臨床分期:≤Ⅱa期28例(16.47%),≥Ⅱb期79例(73.83%);患者1、3、5年生存率分別為81.31%、64.37%、51.79%。病理類型、臨床分期和淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移是老年宮頸癌患者預后影響因素(p0.05),其中KPS評分70分的非鱗癌患者Ⅲ期或Ⅳ期及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移患者預后較差。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the clinicopathological features and prognostic factors of cervical cancer in elderly patients and provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer, this study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 107 elderly patients with cervical cancer in our hospital.
