【摘要】：正1病例簡介患者,女,27歲,G6P3L3。妊娠15周時(shí)我院首次超聲檢查示:臍帶于子宮左側(cè)壁下段、胎盤左下方3.4cm處附著于胎膜,臍血管在胎膜內(nèi)分開走行一段距離后各自進(jìn)入胎盤。妊娠33周、39周超聲檢查均示:臍帶近胎盤段于子宮左下壁附著于胎膜,臍靜脈單獨(dú)走行,兩條臍動(dòng)脈于胎膜內(nèi)并行一段距離后又分開走行,各自插入胎盤(圖1)。超聲診斷:符合帆狀胎盤聲像圖�；颊哂谠�39+4周因"陰道流液并規(guī)律
[Abstract]:Case profile, female, 27 years old, G6P3L3. At the 15th week of gestation, the first ultrasound examination in our hospital showed that the umbilical cord was attached to the fetal membrane at the lower left wall of the uterus, the 3.4cm in the lower left part of the placenta was attached to the fetal membrane, and the umbilical cord blood vessel entered the placenta separately after a certain distance within the fetal membrane. Ultrasound examination at 33 weeks and 39 weeks of pregnancy showed that the umbilical cord near the placenta was attached to the fetal membrane on the left lower wall of the uterus, the umbilical vein went alone, the two umbilical arteries were separated by a distance within the membranes and inserted into the placenta separately (Fig. 1). Ultrasound diagnosis: conformed to sails placenta sonogram. "vaginal fluid complicating regularity" in 39 4 weeks of gestation
