【摘要】：目的探討血清表皮生長(zhǎng)因子(Epidermal growth factor,EGF)和基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-9(Matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)水平與子宮肌瘤的關(guān)系。方法選擇文成縣人民醫(yī)院婦科2014年1月-2015年12月子宮肌瘤患者100例和體檢中心健康女性100例作為研究對(duì)象,將其分為子宮肌瘤組和對(duì)照組。采用雙抗夾心法測(cè)定血清EGF和血清MMP-9水平。結(jié)果子宮肌瘤組患者血清EGF和血清MMP-9水平[(345.12±123.26)pg/ml、(1.48±0.37)μg/ml)]均高于對(duì)照組,兩組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。肌壁間子宮肌瘤患者血清EGF和血清MMP-9水平[(301.23±121.76)pg/ml、(1.38±0.39)μg/ml)]均低于黏膜下子宮肌瘤血清EGF和血清MMP-9水平,兩組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。直徑6 cm子宮肌瘤患者血清EGF和血清MMP-9水平和直徑≤6 cm子宮肌瘤患者血清EGF和血清MMP-9水平比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。絕經(jīng)期子宮肌瘤患者血清EGF和血清MMP-9水平和非絕經(jīng)期子宮肌瘤患者血清EGF和血清MMP-9水平比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。卵泡期、黃體期和絕經(jīng)期子宮肌瘤患者血清EGF和血清MMP-9水平比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。線性回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,血清EGF和血清MMP-9呈正相關(guān)(r=0.815,P=0.000)。結(jié)論血清EGF和血清MMP-9和子宮肌瘤關(guān)系密切,在不同肌壁間子宮肌瘤和黏膜下子宮肌瘤患者的血清中表達(dá)水平不同,子宮肌瘤患者血清中EGF和血清MMP-9水平呈正相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the levels of serum epidermal growth factor (EGF) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and hysteromyoma. Methods from January 2014 to December 2015, 100 women with uterine leiomyoma and 100 healthy women were selected from Wencheng County people's Hospital. They were divided into two groups: uterine leiomyoma group and control group. The serum levels of EGF and MMP-9 were measured by double antibody sandwich method. Results the levels of serum EGF and MMP-9 in uterine leiomyoma group [(345.12 鹵123.26) PG / ml, (1.48 鹵0.37) 渭 g/ml] were significantly higher than those in control group (P0.05). The levels of serum EGF and MMP-9 in patients with intramural uterine leiomyoma [(301.23 鹵121.76) PG / ml, (1.38 鹵0.39) 渭 g/ml] were lower than those in submucous uterine leiomyoma (P 0.05). The levels of serum EGF and MMP-9 in patients with uterine leiomyoma with diameter of 6 cm were not significantly different from those in patients with uterine leiomyoma 鈮，
