【摘要】：目的探討子宮原發(fā)性Ewing肉瘤的臨床病理學(xué)特征。方法對1例子宮原發(fā)性Ewing肉瘤進行臨床病理學(xué)及免疫表型分析,并通過FISH法檢測EWSR1基因易位。結(jié)果腫瘤位于子宮,由小圓細胞構(gòu)成,胞質(zhì)稀少,細胞核圓形或卵圓形,核深染,染色質(zhì)粗糙。核分裂象多見,呈巢狀或小梁狀排列。免疫表型:腫瘤細胞CD99、FLI-1、Syn、vimentin均呈彌漫陽性,FISH檢測EWSR1基因易位。結(jié)論子宮原發(fā)性Ewing肉瘤是少見的小圓細胞惡性腫瘤,選擇適當?shù)拿庖邩酥疚顲D99及FLI-1及FISH檢測EWSR1基因易位可確診。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinicopathological features of primary Ewing's sarcoma of the uterus. Methods A case of primary uterine Ewing's sarcoma was analyzed by clinicopathological and immunophenotypic analysis, and EWSR1 gene translocation was detected by fish method. Results the tumor was located in the uterus and consisted of small round cells. The cytoplasm was rare, the nucleus was round or oval, the nucleus was deep stained and the chromatin was rough. Mitoses are more common, nesting or trabecular arrangement. Immunophenotype: CD99 fli-1 and Synvimentin were all diffusely positive for detecting the translocation of EWSR1 gene by fish. Conclusion Primary uterine Ewing's sarcoma is a rare small round cell malignant tumor. The detection of EWSR1 gene translocation by CD99, FLI-1 and fish can be diagnosed by selecting the appropriate immunological markers CD99, FLI-1 and fish.
