【摘要】：目的探討CD73在宮頸癌組織中的表達(dá)及臨床價(jià)值。方法采用免疫組織化學(xué)法檢測(cè)74例宮頸癌組織、49例宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變(CIN)組織和74例正常宮頸上皮組織中CD73蛋白的表達(dá),并分析其與宮頸癌患者臨床病理參數(shù)的相關(guān)性。采用Western blot隨機(jī)檢測(cè)4例宮頸癌組織及自身對(duì)應(yīng)正常宮頸上皮組織中CD73蛋白的表達(dá)。結(jié)果宮頸癌組織中CD73蛋白表達(dá)的陽性率顯著高于CIN組織和正常宮頸上皮組織(P0.05)。CD73蛋白表達(dá)與宮頸癌患者年齡、組織學(xué)分化無關(guān)(P0.05),但與臨床分期、浸潤深度和淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移密切相關(guān)(P0.05)。Western blot檢測(cè)表明,宮頸癌組織中CD73蛋白的表達(dá)顯著高于正常宮頸上皮組織(P0.05)。結(jié)論 CD73有望成為評(píng)價(jià)宮頸癌惡性程度和預(yù)后的指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and clinical value of CD73 in cervical carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of CD73 protein in 49 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (cin) and 74 cases of normal cervical epithelium, and the correlation between CD73 protein and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. The expression of CD73 protein in 4 cervical carcinoma tissues and their corresponding normal cervical epithelium was detected by Western blot. Results the positive rate of CD73 protein expression in cervical carcinoma tissue was significantly higher than that in cin tissue and normal cervical epithelium tissue (P0.05). CD73 protein expression was not correlated with age, histological differentiation (P0.05), but with clinical stage. The expression of CD73 protein in cervical carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal cervical epithelium (P0.05). Conclusion CD73 may be an index to evaluate the malignancy and prognosis of cervical cancer.
