【摘要】：分娩并發(fā)會陰血腫較常見,但是大多數(shù)為經(jīng)陰道分娩后并發(fā)外陰及陰道血腫,關于剖宮產(chǎn)術后并發(fā)會陰血腫的報道仍較少。近兩年我院產(chǎn)科有2例剖宮產(chǎn)術發(fā)生了會陰血腫,現(xiàn)將患者的診治情況及可能導致會陰血腫的原因報道如下。
[Abstract]:Perineal hematoma is more common in parturition, but most of them are vulva and vagina hematoma after vaginal delivery. There are few reports about perineal hematoma after cesarean section. Two cases of perineal hematoma occurred during cesarean section in our hospital in recent two years. The diagnosis and treatment of the patients and the possible causes of perineal hematoma are reported as follows.
