【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查產(chǎn)后婦女盆底器官脫垂的情況并探討人口學(xué)特征、運(yùn)動習(xí)慣和產(chǎn)科等因素對盆底器官脫垂的影響。方法:納入2015年10月至2016年4月產(chǎn)后6~8周到上海交通大學(xué)附屬同仁醫(yī)院產(chǎn)后門診做常規(guī)體檢的產(chǎn)婦852例。采用自填問卷方式收集研究對象人口學(xué)特征、產(chǎn)科信息、孕前參加體育鍛煉情況等信息,并由婦科醫(yī)生進(jìn)行盆底器官脫垂的檢查。結(jié)果:852例產(chǎn)后6~8周產(chǎn)婦中84.25%有陰道脫垂,55.61%的產(chǎn)婦為Ⅰ度脫垂,28.64%的產(chǎn)婦為Ⅱ度脫垂,未發(fā)現(xiàn)Ⅲ度或Ⅳ度陰道脫垂。僅有5例有Ⅰ度子宮脫垂。多分類有序Logistic回歸顯示,巨大兒(OR 2.469,95%CI 1.029~5.927)、產(chǎn)次≥2次(OR 2.730,95%CI 1.929~3.864)、陰道分娩(OR 43.257,95%CI25.505~73.353)、緊急剖宮產(chǎn)(OR 2.139,95%CI 1.266~3.615)是影響產(chǎn)婦陰道脫垂的高危因素。結(jié)論:產(chǎn)后6~8周的產(chǎn)婦輕度陰道脫垂的比例較高。陰道分娩、巨大兒和多產(chǎn)次對陰道脫垂的影響較大。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the status of pelvic floor organ prolapse in postpartum women and to explore the effects of demographic characteristics, exercise habits and obstetrics on pelvic floor organ prolapse. Methods: from October 2015 to April 2016, 852 cases of postpartum physical examination were included in postpartum clinic of Tongren Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University. Demographic characteristics, obstetrical information and physical exercise before pregnancy were collected by self-filling questionnaire, and pelvic floor organ prolapse was examined by gynecologist.
