【摘要】：目的觀察雙料喉風散噴劑聯(lián)合遠紅外線照射治療反復(fù)發(fā)作的女性外陰潰瘍的臨床效果。方法反復(fù)發(fā)作的女性外陰潰瘍患者82例,隨機分為觀察組、對照組各41例。觀察組以雙料喉風散噴劑噴灑創(chuàng)面,噴灑面積超過潰瘍面外緣0.5 cm左右,以創(chuàng)面表面均為藥粉覆蓋為度,厚約1 mm;然后以遠紅外線照射外陰部,30 min/次。對照組僅外敷祛腐生肌散或紅霉素軟膏。兩組上述治療均2次/天,療程均為14天。記錄兩組癥狀改善時間,比較兩組療效;隨訪6~12個月,統(tǒng)計復(fù)發(fā)情況。結(jié)果觀察組、對照組瘙癢、疼痛緩解時間分別為(1.8±0.2)、(3.7±1.4)d(P0.05),潰瘍愈合時間分別為(6.3±2.9)、(10.9±4.2)d(P0.05),治愈率分別為78.05%、36.59%(P0.05)。兩組均隨訪6~12個月,平均8.9個月;觀察組復(fù)發(fā)率為9.38%、對照組為53.33%(P0.05)。結(jié)論雙料喉風散噴劑聯(lián)合遠紅外線照射治療反復(fù)發(fā)作的女性外陰潰瘍效果好,療程短,復(fù)發(fā)率低。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Shuangshuifeng Powder combined with far-infrared radiation in the treatment of recurrent female vulvar ulcer. Methods 82 patients with recurrent female vulvar ulcer were randomly divided into observation group (n = 41) and control group (n = 41). In the observation group, the wounds were sprayed with Shuangshuifeng Powder, the spraying area was about 0.5 cm over the outer edge of the ulcer, and the surface of the wound was covered with powder, the thickness was about 1 mm, and then the vulva was irradiated with far infrared ray for 30 min/. The control group was treated only with Quhusheng Powder or Erythromycin ointment. The two groups were treated twice a day for 14 days. The symptom improvement time was recorded and the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results in the observation group, the pain relief time of the control group was 1.8 鹵0.2dU (3.7 鹵1.4dP0.05), the healing time of the ulcer was 10.9 鹵4.2dP0.05N, and the cure rate was 78.05g / 36.59g P0.05. The recurrence rate was 9.38 in the observation group and 53.33 in the control group. Conclusion Shuangxiaofeng Powder combined with far infrared radiation is effective in the treatment of recurrent female vulvar ulcer with short course of treatment and low recurrence rate.
