【摘要】：目的探討體外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF-ET)后起床排尿時間對妊娠結(jié)局的影響。方法觀察273個胚胎移植周期,根據(jù)胚胎移植術(shù)后起床排尿時間的不同分為兩組,實(shí)驗組(n=173例)為術(shù)后0.5h排尿,對照組(n=100例)為術(shù)后1h排尿,觀察兩組間年齡、不孕年限、獲卵數(shù)、受精卵等一般情況及臨床妊娠、胚胎種植率,術(shù)后尿潴留、泌尿系感染發(fā)生率的差異。結(jié)果實(shí)驗組與對照組比較在不孕癥病因、年齡、不孕年限、接受IVF的次數(shù)、hCG日E2及P的水平、Gn的劑量、獲卵數(shù)、受精率、ICSI率、優(yōu)胚數(shù)及移植胚胎數(shù)等方面均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.05)。實(shí)驗組臨床妊娠率50.289%(87/173),在對照組為43.000%(43/100),兩組相比差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),但實(shí)驗組有增高的趨勢。結(jié)論胚胎移植術(shù)后起床排尿時間不影響臨床妊娠率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of urination time after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer IVF-et on pregnancy outcome. Methods 273 embryo transfer cycles were observed and divided into two groups according to the time of getting up and urinating after embryo transfer. 173 cases in the experimental group were urinated at 0.5 h after operation, while 100 cases in the control group were urinated at 1 h after operation. The age and infertile years of the two groups were observed. Differences in the number of eggs, fertilized eggs, clinical pregnancy, embryo implantation rate, postoperative urinary retention and urinary tract infection. Results there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the etiology, age, years of infertility, the dose of E2 and P on the day of IVF, the number of eggs obtained, the rate of fertilization and ICSI, the number of excellent embryos and the number of embryos transferred. The clinical pregnancy rate of the experimental group was 50.289 / 87 / 173 and 43.000 / 100 / 100 in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05), but there was a tendency to increase in the experimental group. Conclusion the time of urination after embryo transfer does not affect the clinical pregnancy rate.
