【摘要】：目的比較黃體酮2種劑型(陰道緩釋凝膠與注射液)對(duì)實(shí)施基于非凍融胚胎的體外受精與胚胎移植技術(shù)(IVF-ET)孕婦的妊娠結(jié)局的影響。方法計(jì)算機(jī)檢索Cochrane Library、Embase、PubMed、Elsevier、ResearchGate、萬方醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)庫、中國知網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)庫、維普全文數(shù)據(jù)庫,搜集關(guān)于黃體酮陰道緩釋凝膠與黃體酮注射液影響IVF-ET結(jié)局的隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)研究。采用Revman5.3版軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果共納入10項(xiàng)研究。所有納入研究的患者分為陰道緩釋凝膠組和肌內(nèi)注射組。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示,2組的臨床妊娠率(RR=0.98,95%CI:0.90~1.07)、繼續(xù)妊娠率(RR=0.96,95%CI:0.79~1.17)、流產(chǎn)率(RR=0.80,95%CI:0.59~1.10)、活產(chǎn)率(RR=1.13,95%CI:0.97~1.31)無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差別。結(jié)論黃體酮陰道緩釋凝膠和肌內(nèi)注射液對(duì)采用IVF-ET妊娠結(jié)局相同。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effects of two dosage forms of progesterone (vaginal sustained-release gel and injection) on pregnancy outcome of pregnant women undergoing IVF-ET-based IVF-ET-based fertilization and embryo transfer with non-freeze-thawed embryos. Methods A randomized controlled trial was conducted to search for the effects of progesterone vaginal sustained-release gel and progesterone injection on the outcome of IVF-ET by searching the Cochrane Library Embase Meden Elsevier Research Medicine Database, China knowledge Web Database and Wiper Full-text Database on the effect of progesterone vaginal sustained release gel and progesterone injection on the outcome of IVF-ET. The data were analyzed with Revman 5.3 software. Results A total of 10 studies were included. All the patients included in the study were divided into vaginal sustained-release gel group and intramuscular injection group. Meta-analysis results showed that there was no significant difference in the clinical pregnancy rate of RRN 0.98 ~ 95CI: 0.90: 1.07m, the continuing pregnancy rate and the RRR0.7995% 1.17%, the abortion rate RR0.8095CI0.591.10 and the live birth rate RRR1.1395CI0.97CI0.97c1.31). Conclusion progesterone vaginal sustained release gel and intramuscular injection have the same pregnancy outcome with IVF-et.
