【摘要】：卵巢癌是婦科腫瘤中死亡率最高的惡性腫瘤。由于其發(fā)病隱匿,70%以上的卵巢癌患者發(fā)現(xiàn)時(shí)已為晚期。卵巢癌的治療中,與手術(shù)和化療比較,放療的應(yīng)用相對較少,但仍有一定地位。近年隨著放療設(shè)備的更新,技術(shù)不斷完善,尤其是三維放療技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,卵巢癌的放療有了新的研究成果。本文從卵巢癌放療的現(xiàn)狀和進(jìn)展及卵巢癌放療適應(yīng)證的研究進(jìn)展這兩個(gè)方面做一綜述。
[Abstract]:Ovarian cancer is the highest mortality malignant tumor among gynecological tumors. More than 70% of patients with ovarian cancer were found to be advanced because of their occult onset. In the treatment of ovarian cancer, compared with surgery and chemotherapy, radiotherapy is relatively less, but still has a certain status. In recent years, with the renewal of radiotherapy equipment and the continuous improvement of the technology, especially the application of three-dimensional radiotherapy, the radiotherapy of ovarian cancer has made new research results. This article reviews the current status and progress of radiotherapy for ovarian cancer and the research progress of radiotherapy indications for ovarian cancer.
