【摘要】：目的探討日間手術中心開展腹腔鏡下子宮手術的可行性和安全性。方法 2015年10月至2016年12月在上海交通大學醫(yī)學院附屬仁濟醫(yī)院東院日間手術中心共完成腹腔鏡下全子宮切除術和子宮肌瘤剔除術95例�；颊吣挲g(45.44±8.83)歲。其中行全子宮切除術45例,行子宮肌瘤剔除術50例�；颊咴陂T診完成術前準備,手術當日入院,術后48h內(nèi)出院。結(jié)果所有患者手術過程順利,術中出血少,無手術并發(fā)癥,沒有中轉(zhuǎn)開腹,術后入住日間病房。術后無發(fā)熱,排氣、排便恢復正常。除2例轉(zhuǎn)回普通婦科病房,其余均按期出院,無出院后再入院病例。患者住院天數(shù)大大減少,醫(yī)療費用顯著下降。結(jié)論日間中心完成腹腔鏡下子宮手術是完全可行、安全的,有較顯著的社會效應和經(jīng)濟效益。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic uterine surgery in day operation center. Methods from October 2015 to December 2016, 95 cases of total hysterectomy and hysteromyomectomy were performed in the center of the Eastern Hospital of Renji Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University Medical College. The age of the patients was 45.44 鹵8.83 years old. Total hysterectomy was performed in 45 cases and hysteromyomectomy in 50 cases. The patient completed preoperative preparation in outpatient department, admitted to hospital on the same day and discharged within 48 hours after operation. Results all the patients had a smooth operation, less bleeding, no complications, no conversion to open surgery, and were admitted to the day ward after operation. There was no fever, no exhaust and normal defecation. Except 2 cases were transferred to the general gynecological ward, the others were discharged on schedule, no cases were re-admitted after discharge. The number of days spent in hospital was greatly reduced, and the cost of medical treatment was significantly reduced. Conclusion it is feasible and safe to complete laparoscopic uterine surgery by day center. It has significant social effect and economic benefit.
