【摘要】：目的觀察蒲地藍消炎口服液預(yù)防婦產(chǎn)科術(shù)后感染的臨床療效,以降低術(shù)后感染的發(fā)生。方法選取2012年1月-2013年1月醫(yī)院的200例婦產(chǎn)科手術(shù)患者,隨機分為試驗組和對照組,各100例;兩組患者均給予常規(guī)抗菌藥物治療,治療組在常規(guī)抗菌藥物治療基礎(chǔ)上口服蒲地藍消炎口服液,評價兩組患者的臨床療效。結(jié)果試驗組總有效率為98.0%,顯著高于對照組的85.0%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=10.865,P0.05);試驗組患者術(shù)后平均最高體溫為(37.1±0.2)℃,對照組為(38.0±0.5)℃,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);試驗組退熱時間為(42.8±7.8)h,對照組為(43.4±9.1)h,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;術(shù)后發(fā)病率試驗組為2.0%、對照組為9.0%,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組患者切口甲級愈合率均為100.0%,無一例切口感染發(fā)生;兩組患者在術(shù)后出現(xiàn)輕微泌尿道刺激癥,試驗組為3.0%,對照組為4.0%,兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,且尿常規(guī)或尿素氮化驗結(jié)果均無異常。結(jié)論蒲地藍消炎口服液聯(lián)合抗菌藥物治療相較于單用抗菌藥物治療更能提高婦產(chǎn)科術(shù)后患者的生活質(zhì)量,且安全、有效。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid in preventing postoperative infection in obstetrics and gynecology, and to reduce the incidence of postoperative infection. Methods from January 2012 to January 2013, 200 patients undergoing gynaecology and obstetrics surgery were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group, 100 patients in each group were treated with routine antimicrobial agents. In the treatment group, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated by oral administration of Pudilan Xiaoyan liquid on the basis of routine antimicrobial therapy.
