【摘要】：目的探討三維超聲在產(chǎn)前診斷胎兒膀胱增大及相關(guān)疾病鑒別診斷中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法回顧性分析20胎經(jīng)引產(chǎn)后尸體解剖或出生后隨訪證實(shí)膀胱增大的胎兒臨床及聲像圖資料。結(jié)果 20胎中,8胎后尿道瓣膜,2胎尿道閉鎖,7胎梅干腹綜合征,1胎膀胱輸尿管反流,1胎肛門閉鎖、尿道下裂,1胎正常。膀胱增大胎兒超聲均表現(xiàn)為下腹部巨大無(wú)回聲區(qū),不同原因所致膀胱增大的聲像圖表現(xiàn)各具特征。結(jié)論三維超聲可清晰顯示胎兒膀胱的解剖形態(tài),有助于診斷膀胱增大相關(guān)疾病。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of three-dimensional ultrasound in prenatal diagnosis of fetal bladder enlargement and related diseases. Methods the clinical and sonographic data of 20 fetuses with bladder enlargement confirmed by autopsy or postnatal follow-up were retrospectively analyzed. Results the posterior urethral valve of 8 cases of 20 cases had urethral atresia of 2 cases, and of 7 cases of abdominal syringe syndrome, 1 case of bladder ureteral reflux and 1 case of anus atresia, and 1 case of hypospadias was normal. The fetal enlargement of the bladder showed a huge anechoic area in the lower abdomen, and the sonographic features of the bladder enlargement due to different causes were different. Conclusion Three-dimensional ultrasound can clearly display the anatomical shape of fetal bladder and is helpful to diagnose bladder enlargement related diseases.
