【摘要】：目的:探討接受夫精人工授精(AIH)治療的不孕癥患者的心理健康情況。方法:采用癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)對109例反復行AIH治療的不孕癥患者及86例接受初次AIH治療的不孕患者進行評定,并以中國常模作對照進行比較。結果:反復失敗治療患者的軀體化、抑郁和焦慮因子得分與常模組比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);初次治療患者的軀體化、人際關系、抑郁和恐怖和常模組比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。反復治療失敗者的焦慮、敵對、恐怖及總得分與初次治療者比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。初次治療和反復治療失敗患者的情緒因子陽性頻率與AIH治療次數呈正相關(P0.05),AIH治療妊娠與未妊娠患者的情緒因子陽性頻率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論:接受AIH治療的不孕患者存有一定的心理問題,易產生軀體不適、抑郁、恐怖、焦慮和人際關系敏感等負面情緒,尤其是反復治療失敗者,在軀體、抑郁恐怖和人際關系方面,表現更顯著,應接受一定的心理干預。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the mental health of the patients with infertility treated by AIH. Methods: 109 infertile patients with repeated AIH treatment and 86 cases of infertile patients undergoing primary AIH treatment were evaluated by the symptom checklist (SCL-90) and compared with the Chinese norm. The scores of somatization, depression and anxiety were compared with the norm group (P0.05), and the differences in somatization, interpersonal relationship, depression and terror between the first treated patients and the norm group were statistically significant (P0.05). The differences in the anxiety, hostility, terror and total score of the repeated treatment of the losers were compared with those of the primary treatment. There was a statistical significance (P0.05). The positive frequency of emotional factors was positively correlated with the frequency of AIH treatment (P0.05), and there was no significant difference in the positive frequency of emotional factors between the patients with pregnancy and non pregnancy (P0.05). Conclusion: there were certain psychological problems in the infertile patients receiving AIH treatment. Negative emotions such as physical discomfort, depression, terror, anxiety and interpersonal sensitivity, especially the repeated treatment of the losers, are more significant in the body, depression, terror and interpersonal relationships, and a certain psychological intervention should be accepted.
