【摘要】：目的探討上調(diào)基因4(URG4)在子宮內(nèi)膜癌發(fā)生發(fā)展中的作用。方法采用免疫組化法檢測(cè)301例子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織(內(nèi)膜癌組)、50例子宮內(nèi)膜增生組織(增生組)、102例正常子宮內(nèi)膜組織(正常組)中URG4的表達(dá)水平。結(jié)果內(nèi)膜癌組URG蛋白的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率明顯高于增生組、正常組,增生組高于正常組,三組相比,P均0.05。內(nèi)膜癌組中Ⅰ型內(nèi)膜癌URG4陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率明顯高于Ⅱ型內(nèi)膜癌,但組間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;增生組中不典型增生者、復(fù)雜性增生者URG4陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率均明顯高于簡(jiǎn)單增生者,P均0.05;不典型增生者URG4陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率高于復(fù)雜性增生者,但差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 URG4在子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中呈高表達(dá),其可能參與了子宮內(nèi)膜癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展,URG4可作為診治子宮內(nèi)膜癌的新靶點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the role of upregulation gene 4 (URG4) in the development of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of URG4 in 301 cases of endometrial carcinoma (endometrial carcinoma group, 50 cases of endometrial hyperplasia, 102 cases of normal endometrial tissue).
