【摘要】：目的探討子宮內(nèi)膜癌中miR-135a-5p的表達(dá)及意義。方法收集中國醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬盛京醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科2016年手術(shù)切除的子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織55例以及對照組正常子宮內(nèi)膜標(biāo)本30例,運用實時PCR檢測miR-135a-5p在子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織以及正常子宮內(nèi)膜標(biāo)本的表達(dá)情況,并分析其與臨床病理參數(shù)的關(guān)系及意義。結(jié)果子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中miR-135a-5p的表達(dá)水平低于正常子宮內(nèi)膜組織,具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P=0.021);miR-135a-5p在子宮內(nèi)膜癌中的表達(dá)與腫瘤的分化程度有關(guān)(P=0.008);結(jié)論miR-135a-5p在子宮內(nèi)膜癌中低表達(dá)并且與子宮內(nèi)膜癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and significance of miR-135a-5p in endometrial carcinoma. Methods 55 cases of endometrial carcinoma and 30 cases of normal endometrium in the control group were collected from 55 cases of endometrial carcinoma surgically resected in 2016 in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University, and 30 cases of normal endometrium in the control group. The expression of miR-135a-5p in endometrial carcinoma and normal endometrium was detected by real-time PCR, and the relationship between miR-135a-5p and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. Results the expression of miR-135a-5p in endometrial carcinoma was lower than that in normal endometrial tissue. The expression of miR-135a-5p in endometrial carcinoma is related to the degree of differentiation of endometrial carcinoma. Conclusion the expression of miR-135a-5p is low in endometrial carcinoma and related to the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma.
