【摘要】：目的:探討臨床藥師在多囊卵巢綜合征患者口服炔雌醇環(huán)丙孕酮片抗雄激素治療中出現(xiàn)過(guò)敏反應(yīng)的處理方法及藥學(xué)監(jiān)護(hù)。方法:臨床藥師通過(guò)綜合分析患者過(guò)敏史及用藥史,結(jié)合患者用藥時(shí)間和不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生時(shí)間,判斷所用藥物與過(guò)敏反應(yīng)的相關(guān)性,并對(duì)其后續(xù)治療替代藥物提出用藥建議。結(jié)果:最終判定炔雌醇環(huán)丙孕酮片與此次不良反應(yīng)的關(guān)聯(lián)性評(píng)價(jià)為很可能,其中兩種成分炔雌醇和醋酸環(huán)丙孕酮都不能排除為此次過(guò)敏反應(yīng)的發(fā)生原因,建議選用屈螺酮炔雌醇片或含天然雌激素成分的口服避孕藥進(jìn)行后續(xù)替代治療。結(jié)論:臨床藥師針對(duì)藥物致過(guò)敏反應(yīng)展開(kāi)的病例分析及藥學(xué)監(jiān)護(hù),有助于促進(jìn)多囊卵巢綜合征患者的個(gè)體化治療,在保證用藥安全,提高患者依從性方面發(fā)揮重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the methods and pharmacognostic monitoring of allergic reaction in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) after oral administration of ethylestradiol cyclopropofol tablets against androgen. Methods: the clinical pharmacists analyzed the allergic history and medication history of the patients, combined with the time of drug use and the occurrence time of adverse reactions, judged the correlation between the drugs used and the allergic reactions, and put forward some suggestions on the use of alternative drugs for the subsequent treatment. Results: it was possible to evaluate the association of ethylestradiol cyproprogesterone tablets with this adverse reaction, two of them, ethylestradiol and cyproprogesterone acetate, could not be excluded as the cause of the allergic reaction. It is suggested that oral contraceptive pills containing natural estrogen should be used for follow-up replacement therapy. Conclusion: case analysis and pharmacological monitoring of drug induced allergic reaction by clinical pharmacists are helpful to promote individualized treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and play an important role in ensuring safety of drug use and improving compliance of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.
