信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)與轉(zhuǎn)錄激活因子4基因多態(tài)性與子癇前期的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:【目的】探討信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)與轉(zhuǎn)錄激活因子4(STAT4)基因rs10181656及rs16833431位點多態(tài)性與子癇前期相關(guān)性的關(guān)系。【方法】應(yīng)用聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)-限制性片段長度多態(tài)性法檢測228名子癇前期患者(病例組)和179名健康孕婦(對照組)的STAT4基因rs10181656 C/G及rs16833431 C/T位點的基因型頻率!窘Y(jié)果】(1)rs10181656位點在病例組中C/C、C/G及G/G基因型頻率分別是35.96%、47.81%及16.23%,而對照組中的三種基因型的頻率分別是46.37%、44.69%及8.94%,C/C、C/G及G/G基因型頻率在病例組和對照組中分布具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P=0.031),C、G等位基因頻率在病例組和對照組中分布具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P=0.009);(2)rs16833431位點:三種基因型和C、T等位基因頻率在病例組和對照組的分布無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.508,0.461)!窘Y(jié)論】STAT4基因rs10181656位點多態(tài)性與子癇前期相關(guān),而rs16833431位點多態(tài)性與子癇前期發(fā)病無關(guān)。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the relationship between rs10181656 and rs16833431 polymorphism of signal transduction and transcription activator 4 (STAT4) gene and preeclampsia. [methods] 228 cases of eclampsia were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). The genotypic frequencies of STAT4 gene rs10181656 C / G and rs16833431 C / T loci were 35.9646% and 16.23% respectively in patients with preclinical stage (case group) and 179 healthy pregnant women (control group). [results] the frequencies of C / C / C / G and G / G genotypes at C / C / C / G and G / G / G / G were 35.96% and 16.23%, respectively, in the control group. The frequencies of the three genotypes were 44.69% and 8.94%, respectively. There were statistical differences in the frequency of C / C / C / G and G / G genotypes between the case group and the control group. There were statistical differences in the allele frequencies of P0. 031 and Con G between the case group and the control group (P 0. 0092rs16833431): P0. 0092rs16833431 locus: P0. 0092rs16833431. There was no significant difference in the distribution of genotypes and CfT alleles between patients and controls. [conclusion] rs10181656 polymorphism of STAT4 gene is associated with preeclampsia. Rs16833431 locus polymorphism was not associated with preeclampsia.
