【摘要】：正1病例簡介患者,女,35歲,G2P0,因"異位妊娠術(shù)后2年不孕"就診于我院。子宮輸卵管碘油造影示:左側(cè)梗阻,右側(cè)通而不暢。男方精液檢查示:少精子癥、畸形精子癥。曾在我中心接受ICSI-ET治療1次,未孕,要求再次助孕。采用黃體期降調(diào)節(jié)長方案,月經(jīng)第20天予達菲林0.1mg降調(diào),降調(diào)14天;月經(jīng)第4天用FSH 225U啟動,用藥9天。血LH 2.54m IU/ml,E2
[Abstract]:Case 1, female 35 years old, G2P0, who was admitted to our hospital because of infertility 2 years after ectopic pregnancy. Hysterosalpingography showed that left side obstruction, right side open but not unobstructed. Male semen examination showed: oligozoospermia, deformed spermatozoa. I have received ICSI-ET treatment at the center 1 time, not pregnant, asked for assistance in pregnancy. The luteal phase was adjusted for 14 days on the 20th day of menstruation, and FSH225U was used for 9 days on the 4th day of menstruation. Serum LH 2.54m IUP / ml E2
