【摘要】：目的觀察腹腔鏡手術(shù)治療輸卵管異位妊娠的效果。方法將116例輸卵管異位妊娠患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組48例和對(duì)照組68例,觀察組行腹腔鏡下輸卵管切開(kāi)取胚術(shù),對(duì)照組行開(kāi)腹患側(cè)輸卵管切除術(shù)。結(jié)果觀察組手術(shù)時(shí)間平均1.06 h,對(duì)照組為1.01 h,P0.05;觀察組術(shù)中出血(31.4±12.3)m L、臟器損傷1例,對(duì)照組分別為(67.2±32.3)m L、3例,P均0.05;觀察組術(shù)后住院平均4.09 d,對(duì)照組為6.32 d,P0.05;兩組均無(wú)死亡。觀察組術(shù)后并發(fā)切口感染1例、腸功能障礙2例,對(duì)照組分別為3、14例,P均0.05。結(jié)論腹腔鏡手術(shù)診治異位妊娠患者手術(shù)安全性高,并發(fā)癥少。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of laparoscopic surgery on ectopic tubal pregnancy. Methods 116 cases of ectopic tubal pregnancy were randomly divided into observation group (n = 48) and control group (n = 68). Results the mean operation time was 1.06 h in the observation group and 1.01 h in the control group (P 0.05), the intraoperative bleeding was 31.4 鹵12.3 mL / L, and the viscera injury in 1 case, and the control group was 67.2 鹵32.3 min / L respectively (P 0.05). The average hospitalization time was 4.09 days in the observation group and 6.32 days in the control group (P 0.05). No death was found in both groups. In the observation group, incision infection occurred in 1 case, intestinal dysfunction in 2 cases, and 314 cases in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is safe and less complication in the diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
