妊娠期高血壓疾病患者血漿microRNA-126的表達(dá)及意義

【摘要】:目的探討妊娠期高血壓疾病(HDCP)、健康妊娠患者血漿microRNA-126表達(dá)變化及其臨床意義。方法 HDCP患者根據(jù)臟器損害程度分為妊娠期高血壓組、輕度子癇前期組、重度子癇前期組,健康妊娠患者分為健康妊娠早期組、健康妊娠晚期組,采用RT-PCR檢測(cè)血漿microRNA-126表達(dá)量,并分析HDCP與年齡、孕周、收縮壓(SBP)、舒張壓(DBP)、24 h尿蛋白關(guān)系。結(jié)果與健康妊娠早期組相比,重度子癇前期組患者血漿microRNA-126表達(dá)下調(diào),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);與健康妊娠晚期組相比,妊娠期高血壓組、輕度子癇前期組患者血漿microRNA-126表達(dá)上調(diào),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);與輕度子癇前期組相比,重度子癇前期組患者血漿microRNA-126表達(dá)下調(diào),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。多元線性回歸分析顯示年齡、孕周、收縮壓、舒張壓、24 h尿蛋白是HDCP的影響因素。結(jié)論 microRNA-126在HDCP患者血漿表達(dá)下調(diào),且在重度子癇前期患者血漿microRNA-126表達(dá)最低,提示血漿microRNA-126表達(dá)下調(diào)可能參與了妊娠期高血壓疾病的發(fā)生和發(fā)展進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes and clinical significance of plasma microRNA-126 expression in patients with hypertension complicating pregnancy and healthy pregnancy. Methods according to the degree of organ damage, HDCP patients were divided into three groups: hypertensive complicating pregnancy group, mild preeclampsia group, severe preeclampsia group and healthy pregnancy group. The expression of microRNA-126 in plasma was detected by RT-PCR. The relationship between HDCP and age, gestational week, systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), 24 h urine protein was analyzed. Results compared with the healthy early pregnancy group, the expression of microRNA-126 was down-regulated in the patients with severe preeclampsia (P 0.05), and the expression of microRNA-126 was up-regulated in the hypertensive and mild preeclampsia groups. Compared with mild preeclampsia group, the expression of microRNA-126 was down-regulated in severe preeclampsia group (P 0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, gestational age, systolic blood pressure and 24 h urinary protein were the influencing factors of HDCP. Conclusion the expression of microRNA-126 is down-regulated in HDCP patients and lowest in patients with severe preeclampsia, suggesting that the down-regulation of microRNA-126 expression may be involved in the occurrence and development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
