孕婦自我健康管理系統(tǒng)研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)物質(zhì)精神文明的豐富,女性在社會(huì)分工中的地位不斷提高,中國(guó)一胎制的倒三角的家庭架構(gòu),使得孩子成為眾所關(guān)注的對(duì)象,而孕婦作為孕育孩子的特殊時(shí)期,其自身和家人對(duì)其的關(guān)注程度越來(lái)越大。而現(xiàn)有的孕婦孕期健康管理產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)并不能滿足用戶需求,本論文通過(guò)產(chǎn)品現(xiàn)狀桌面調(diào)研和用戶研究,挖掘中國(guó)孕婦孕期需求和期望,通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì),轉(zhuǎn)化為產(chǎn)品體系,為孕婦孕期自我健康管理提供合理可行的解決方案。 本課題采用觀察法、訪談法、問(wèn)卷法對(duì)目標(biāo)用戶進(jìn)行用戶研究,挖掘?qū)嶋H和潛在需求。通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的深入桌面分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的問(wèn)題和優(yōu)勢(shì)。結(jié)合產(chǎn)品現(xiàn)狀分析和用戶研究,得出產(chǎn)品服務(wù)功能、商業(yè)模式、交互界面的設(shè)計(jì)方向,指導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)。 區(qū)別于其他同類產(chǎn)品,孕婦孕期自我健康管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案包含軟件服務(wù)系統(tǒng)和硬件產(chǎn)品終端兩個(gè)部分,涵蓋健康管理、教育知識(shí)、社交溝通三大服務(wù)功能,打破了傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品只限于單向信息傳輸?shù)哪J?設(shè)計(jì)了一套貫穿信息采集、分析評(píng)估、解決方案、方案執(zhí)行的可循環(huán)的健康管理流程,為孕婦孕期提供個(gè)性化人性化的健康管理服務(wù)。 本文不僅對(duì)孕婦自我健康管理產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),并且對(duì)配套的商業(yè)模式和技術(shù)支持也進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)和闡述,對(duì)未來(lái)可延伸的產(chǎn)品服務(wù)進(jìn)行展望,提供一套完整的可行的可持續(xù)的孕婦自我健康管理解決方案。
[Abstract]:With the enrichment of social material and spiritual civilization, the status of women in the social division of labor has been continuously improved. The family structure of the inverted triangle of one-child system in China has made children become the object of much concern, while pregnant women are the special period of gestation. They and their families are paying more and more attention to it. But the existing pregnant women health management products and services can not meet the needs of users, this paper through the product status of desktop research and user research, explore the needs and expectations of pregnant women in China, through the design, transformed into a product system, To provide a reasonable and feasible solution for pregnant women's self-health management, this paper uses observation, interview and questionnaire to study the target users to explore the actual and potential needs. Through in-depth desktop analysis of existing products and services, the problems and advantages of existing products are found. Based on the analysis of product status and user research, the design direction of product service function, business model and interactive interface is obtained, which can guide the development and design of product system, which is different from other similar products. The design of self-health management system for pregnant women includes two parts: software service system and hardware product terminal, which include three service functions: health management, education and communication. Breaking with the traditional mode that the products are limited to one-way information transmission, a set of circular health management processes running through information collection, analysis, evaluation, solution and program execution are designed. This paper not only designs the pregnant women's self-health management product system, but also designs the supporting business model and technical support. Prospects for future extensible products and services to provide a complete set of viable and sustainable maternal self-health management solutions.
