【摘要】：目的探討產(chǎn)程中排尿困難的主要原因。方法選擇2015年10月1日至31日在揚州市婦幼保健院自然分娩的204例產(chǎn)婦,分娩過程中導(dǎo)尿組70例,未導(dǎo)尿組134例,兩組年齡、孕周、產(chǎn)次、產(chǎn)程、新生兒體重,分娩鎮(zhèn)痛、縮宮素使用進行比較,同時產(chǎn)后出血量、產(chǎn)后抗生素、產(chǎn)褥病率進性行比較。結(jié)果導(dǎo)尿與分娩鎮(zhèn)痛、產(chǎn)程、孕周、產(chǎn)次均有高度統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01),產(chǎn)后抗生素使用顯著性增高(P0.05),由于抗生素的使用產(chǎn)褥病率無顯著增高(P0.05);與年齡、新生兒體重、縮宮素應(yīng)用無顯著關(guān)系(P0.05),導(dǎo)尿組未增加產(chǎn)后出血量。結(jié)論重視產(chǎn)程中排尿困難,調(diào)整分娩鎮(zhèn)痛的藥物、劑量及濃度,正確處理產(chǎn)程適時應(yīng)用縮宮素,加強護理,改善產(chǎn)程中排尿困難。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the main causes of dysuria during labor. Methods 204 cases of spontaneous delivery in Yangzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 1 to 31, 2015 were selected. During delivery, 70 cases were in urethral catheterization group, 134 cases in non-catheterization group, age, gestational week, delivery time, labor process, newborn weight, labor analgesia. Oxytocin use, postpartum bleeding, postpartum antibiotics, puerperal disease rate were compared. Results urinary catheterization and labor analgesia, labor process, gestational week, delivery were all significantly significant (P 0.01). The use of postpartum antibiotics was significantly increased (P 0.05), and the rate of puerperal disease was not significantly increased due to the use of antibiotics (P 0.05). There was no significant relationship between oxytocin use and postpartum hemorrhage in urethral catheterization group. Conclusion attention should be paid to dysuria during labor, adjusting the drug, dosage and concentration of labor analgesia, applying oxytocin properly during labor, strengthening nursing care and improving dysuria during labor.
