【摘要】：目的:了解孕期防輻射服的使用情況及其與不良妊娠結(jié)局的關(guān)系。方法:選取2012年4~8月在上海市閔行區(qū)婦幼保健院建檔待產(chǎn)的1400名孕婦作為研究對象,于孕中期和孕晚期收集人口學(xué)資料,生活方式等信息,并在分娩時記錄妊娠結(jié)局。結(jié)果:本研究中61.43%的婦女在妊娠時穿著防輻射服,其中,大學(xué)及以上文化程度、職業(yè)為公司職員、初次妊娠者所占比例較高,且使用手機(jī)和電腦的時間相對較長。多因素Logistic回歸結(jié)果顯示,是否穿著防輻射服與早產(chǎn)(OR=0.85,95%CI=0.37~1.94)、小于胎齡兒(OR=2.02,95%CI=0.73~5.57)、胎盤異常(OR=1.75,95%CI=0.44~6.94)和前置胎盤(OR=0.34,95%CI=0.12~1.08)之間的關(guān)聯(lián)均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:現(xiàn)有結(jié)果尚不能說明孕期防輻射服的使用對早產(chǎn)、小于胎齡兒、胎盤異常和前置胎盤的發(fā)生有保護(hù)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the use of radiation protective clothing during pregnancy and its relationship with adverse pregnancy outcome. Methods: a total of 1400 pregnant women were selected from the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Minhang District in Shanghai from April to August 2012 to collect demographic data and lifestyle information during the second and third trimester of pregnancy, and to record the outcome of pregnancy at the time of delivery. Results: in this study, 61.43% of the women wore radiation protective clothing during pregnancy. Among them, the university and above education level, occupation is the company staff, the proportion of the first pregnancy is higher, and the time of using mobile phone and computer is relatively long. The results of multivariate logistic regression showed that there was no statistical significance between whether or not to wear radiation protective clothing and whether or not to wear radiation protective clothing or not to have a 0.375-95 CIQ 0.371.94, less than the gestational age of 0.732.295, a placenta abnormality of 1.75-95CIQ 0.444.6.94) and placenta previa 0.34-95CI0.121.08). Conclusion: the present results do not indicate that the use of radiation protective clothing during pregnancy has protective effect on premature delivery, gestational age, placenta abnormality and placenta previa.
