【摘要】：目的探討地屈孕酮、保胎無(wú)憂片應(yīng)用于早期先兆流產(chǎn)臨床效果。方法選取2014年8月-2015年4月期間我院收治的90例早期先兆流產(chǎn)患者為研究對(duì)象,經(jīng)隨機(jī)方式分為研究組和對(duì)照組,各45例。研究組患者在常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上加用保胎無(wú)憂片,對(duì)照組在常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上加用地屈孕酮,記錄并比較兩組早期先兆流產(chǎn)患者臨床療效及不良反應(yīng)(胃腸道反應(yīng)、頭痛、皮疹、瘙癢、頭暈等)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果兩組患者保胎成功率的差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組患者治療后血清孕酮水平均較之前顯著提高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);研究組患者頭痛、皮疹、瘙癢等藥物不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率均顯著低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論應(yīng)用保胎無(wú)憂片治療早期先兆流產(chǎn)可獲得更為理想療效及預(yù)后,有利于保障患者生活質(zhì)量及身心健康。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Diflexiprogesterone and Propagation-free tablets in early threatened abortion. Methods from August 2014 to April 2015, 90 patients with early threatened abortion were randomly divided into study group and control group. The patients in the study group were treated with the routine therapy and the patients in the control group were treated with tertroprogesterone on the basis of routine treatment. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions (gastrointestinal reaction, headache, rash) were recorded and compared between the two groups. Itching, dizziness, etc. Results there was no significant difference in the success rate of fetal preservation between the two groups (P 0.05), the serum progesterone levels in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions such as pruritus was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the treatment of early threatened abortion with Baofei worry-free tablet can obtain more ideal curative effect and prognosis, and is beneficial to the protection of patients' quality of life and physical and mental health.
