【摘要】：目的探討宮腔灌注自體外周血單個(gè)核細(xì)胞(PBMCs)治療對(duì)反復(fù)種植失敗(RIF)患者妊娠結(jié)局的影響及相關(guān)機(jī)制。方法 36名RIF患者于凍融胚胎移植(FET)前24 h行自體PBMCs宮腔灌注,隨訪(fǎng)妊娠結(jié)局;酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)(ELISA)檢測(cè)宮腔灌注前、后外周血及宮頸分泌物中白細(xì)胞介素-6(IL-6)、腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。結(jié)果 RIF患者經(jīng)宮腔灌注自體PBMCs治療后得到了較高的臨床妊娠率(47.22%);宮頸分泌物中IL-6、IL-6/TNF-α均顯著升高(P0.05),TNF-α水平無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05),外周血中IL-6、TNF-α水平均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論宮腔灌注自體PBMCs治療能提高RIF患者宮腔局部IL-6水平及IL-6/TNF-α比值,有效改善RIF患者臨床妊娠率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of intrauterine infusion of autologous peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) on pregnancy outcome in patients with recurrent failed implantation. Methods 36 RIF patients were perfused with autologous PBMCs intrauterine cavity 24 hours before embryo transfer into frozen and thawed embryo, and the pregnancy outcome was followed up. The levels of IL-6 and TNF- 偽 in peripheral blood and cervical secretions were observed. Results the clinical pregnancy rate of RIF patients was 47.22% after intrauterine infusion of autologous PBMCs, and the level of IL-6 / TNF- 偽 in cervical secretions was significantly higher than that of P0.05TNF- 偽 level (P0.05A), but there was no significant difference in the level of IL-6TNF- 偽 in peripheral blood. Conclusion Intrauterine infusion of autologous PBMCs can improve the level of intrauterine IL-6 and the ratio of IL-6 / TNF- 偽 in patients with RIF, and improve the clinical pregnancy rate of patients with RIF.
