【摘要】：子宮內(nèi)膜癌以手術(shù)治療為主,腹膜后淋巴結(jié)切除是其全面分期手術(shù)不可或缺的內(nèi)容之一。淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移與否不僅是子宮內(nèi)膜癌手術(shù)病理分期的重要依據(jù),也是指導(dǎo)術(shù)后輔助治療和判斷患者預(yù)后的重要參考。目前關(guān)于腹膜后淋巴結(jié),尤其是腹主動(dòng)脈旁淋巴結(jié)的切除是否作為子宮內(nèi)膜癌手術(shù)治療的常規(guī)內(nèi)容,國(guó)內(nèi)外各規(guī)范指南及臨床實(shí)踐中都有較大爭(zhēng)議。本文就子宮內(nèi)膜癌腹膜后淋巴結(jié)切除的現(xiàn)狀與爭(zhēng)議進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)綜述,以期為臨床實(shí)踐提供參考和指引。
[Abstract]:Endometrial carcinoma is mainly treated by surgery. Retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy is one of the indispensable contents of staging surgery. Lymph node metastasis is not only an important basis for the pathological staging of endometrial carcinoma, but also an important reference for guiding postoperative adjuvant therapy and judging the prognosis of patients with endometrial carcinoma. At present, whether the resection of retroperitoneal lymph nodes, especially those adjacent to abdominal aorta, is a routine procedure for the treatment of endometrial carcinoma, has been controversial in various guidelines and clinical practice at home and abroad. This article reviews the status quo and controversy of retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy in endometrial carcinoma in order to provide reference and guidance for clinical practice.
