【摘要】：正1病例簡介患者,女,11歲,因"腹脹10d,發(fā)現(xiàn)盆腔腫物5d"于2014年3月15日收入院。10d前患者自覺漸重性腹脹,伴左側(cè)頭痛,左口周麻木;7d前感陣發(fā)性眼暈、牙齒松動(dòng),全身乏力。5d前腹脹加重并發(fā)現(xiàn)盆腔腫物。查體:T36.4℃,P76次/min,R19次/min,Bp 115/75mm Hg;周身淺表淋巴結(jié)無腫大;頭顱五官無畸形;腹膨隆,張力大,肝脾觸診不清,腹右側(cè)可觸及包塊,上緣達(dá)臍
