【摘要】：目的 :對比分析人工破膜+小劑量米索、催產(chǎn)素點滴引產(chǎn)、人工破膜聯(lián)合催產(chǎn)素三種方法對足月羊水偏少孕婦的引產(chǎn)效果。方法 :對本院婦產(chǎn)科2011年7月~2014年12月227例足月羊水偏少孕婦的引產(chǎn)情況進行總結(jié)分析,其中人工破膜+催產(chǎn)素點滴69例(A組)、催產(chǎn)素點滴88例(B組)、人工破膜+小劑量米索70例(C組),對比三組的引產(chǎn)效果及未產(chǎn)結(jié)局差異。結(jié)果 :進行引產(chǎn)處理后三組產(chǎn)婦的宮頸Bishop評分均逐漸提高,在引產(chǎn)處理后第4、8、12h C組的Bishop評分評分顯著的高于A、B組;在引產(chǎn)處理后第4、8、12h A組的Bishop評分評分顯著的高于B組。C組的臨產(chǎn)時間、總產(chǎn)程顯著的低于A、B組;A組的臨產(chǎn)時間、總產(chǎn)程顯著的低于B組。C組的剖宮產(chǎn)率顯著的低于A、B組;C兩組的第1min 5min Apgar評分顯著的高于B組。結(jié)論 :人工破膜+小劑量米索對足月羊水偏少孕婦的引產(chǎn)效果安全有效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare and analyze the effect of three methods of artificial membrane breaking, oxytocin induced labor and artificial membrane breaking combined with oxytocin on term amniotic fluid oligohydramnios. Methods: from July 2011 to December 2014, 227 pregnant women with term amniotic fluid oligohydramnios in our hospital were analyzed. Among them, 69 cases were treated with oxytocin, 88 cases were treated with oxytocin, and 70 cases were treated with small dose of misoprostol. The results of induction of labor and the outcome of labor failure were compared among the three groups. Results: the cervix Bishop scores of the three groups increased gradually after induced labor treatment. The Bishop score of group C was significantly higher than that of group B at 812 h after induced labor treatment. The Bishop score of group A was significantly higher than that of group B and group C, and the total labor process was significantly lower than that of group A at 8h after induced labor. The rate of cesarean section in group C was significantly lower than that in group B (P < 0.05). The score of 1min 5min Apgar in group C was significantly higher than that in group B. Conclusion: it is safe and effective to induce labor in term amniotic fluid oligohydramnios with low dose of misoprostol.
