【摘要】：目的探討產前超聲診斷胎兒Cantrell五聯征的價值,提高該病的診斷率。資料與方法回顧性分析武漢市婦女兒童醫(yī)療保健中心產前超聲診斷的6例胎兒Cantrell五聯征的首診時間、超聲聲像圖及隨訪結果,分析胎兒Cantrell五聯征的超聲聲像圖特點。結果 6例胎兒Cantrell五聯征的共同超聲表現為臍膨出和心臟異位,產前超聲診斷的6例胎兒Cantrell五聯征均于首次超聲檢查時發(fā)現,其中5例于孕16周前診斷。5例經引產證實,1例產后證實,產前超聲診斷準確率為100%。結論臍膨出和心臟異位是胎兒Cantrell五聯征的特征性超聲表現。產前超聲檢查是診斷胎兒Cantrell五聯征的可靠方法,具有重要的臨床價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal Cantrell. Materials and methods six cases of fetal Cantrell pentacentric sign diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound in Wuhan Women and Children's Medical Care Center were analyzed retrospectively. The first diagnosis time, ultrasound image and follow-up results were analyzed. The characteristics of fetal Cantrell pentagonal sign were analyzed. Results the common ultrasonographic manifestations of fetal Cantrell were umbilical exophthalmos and cardiac ectopic in 6 fetuses. The fetal Cantrell pentagonal signs diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound were all found at the first time of ultrasound examination. Among them, 5 cases were diagnosed before 16 weeks of gestation. 5 cases were confirmed by induced labor and 1 case was confirmed postpartum. The accuracy of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis was 100%. Conclusion umbilical herniation and ectopic heart are the characteristic ultrasonographic manifestations of fetal Cantrell. Prenatal ultrasound is a reliable method for the diagnosis of fetal Cantrell pentacentric sign and has important clinical value.
